It’s important to set weight loss goals that are realistic and achievable. Trying to lose 10 pounds in two weeks or fit into your jeans from high school probably do not meet that criteria. A good goal weight is a weight you have previously maintained in adulthood for at least 6 months to a year. A realistic weight loss rate is about 1-2 pounds per week through diet and exercise or activity.
“I continue my pursuit toward the goal, the prize of God’s upward calling, in Christ Jesus.” - Philippians 3:14
