When you breathe slowly, deeply and consciously you can feel your body, tune into your intuition, calm your mind, relax, and help purify the blood. You also experience an increase in energy and wellbeing as the breath circulates energy around your body.
Try this now: Close your eyes place your hands on your lungs and breathe deeply and slowly for a minute. As you are breathing check how your body feels. Is it heavy or light? Is it tight or relaxed? Are you stressed and chaotic or peaceful and calm? As you breathe slowly and deeply focus on relaxing your body and letting go of stress. You might even visualise a golden yellow colour moving though your body and purifying it.
