Lent Prayers for Light

Stare at Something Holy

Compiled by Kimberly Winston

Easter approaches, a time when Christians look for the light of the risen Christ to dispel the darkness and solemnity of Lent. Here are a set a prayers that can be used as stand alone prayers during Lent and beyond. For those who are interested, they can also be used on the Anglican or Protestant rosary—a set of prayer beads with 33 beads, one for each year of Jesus’ earthly life.
