The bombastic and controversial TV pundit has a hit Fox News show and several best-selling books to his credit. However, his personal life wasn't as successful as his professional life until he found the LDS faith and used it to turn his life around. Beck found Mormonism as he struggled to heal his alcohol addiction. "I led people astray as much I could," he said in an interview with the Salt Lake Tribune, "but [God] kept putting Mormons in my way." Beck converted in 1999, as did his wife Tania and their children.
