Steven Soderbergh's 2001 remake of the Vegas set caper stars included a much more diverse group of actors. The ensemble's collective energy is so infectious, it's easy to believe Clooney, Pitt, Damon, Cheadle and company are a Hollywood reincarnation of the celebrated Rat Pack. Even the villain casino owner, played by Andy Garcia, is likeable. The film was so successful that the Ocean's entire crew, returned for two sequels.
