Having an environment where kids feel comfortable communicating sets the bar for life. Families shouldn’t be set up where everyone goes to mom or dad with their issues and then they funnel resolutions. Instead all members should discuss issues openly and give constructive feedback. Being able to speak up will help children stand strong in future relationships and conflicts that they may face.
