Prayer Wall: Who is Precious In Your Life?

Set in Harlem in 1987, the new movie "Precious," based on the novel "Push" by Sapphire, tells the story of Claireece "Precious" Jones (Gabourey Sidibe), a sixteen-year-old African-American girl born into a life of hardship and struggle.

Precious may sometimes be down, but she is never out. She's a young woman with an unshakable sense that other possibilities exist for her. Precious begins a journey that will lead her from darkness, pain and powerlessness to light, love and self-determination. But along the way, she'll need a lot of faith--and good friends--to guide her.
