Like Lewis, I had come to faith through reason, yet I knew that a God for all people must be an infinitely accessible God.  I was to discover that a God who prizes humility would offer humility, as He offers everything else, in abundance. He asks only that we come to Him; it matters not if our path to Him leads through doubt, despair, fear, joy, or reason. The door remains forever opened, beckoning our weary souls to enter and rest.  His Grace is the Gift of Gifts
