Before hitting the road towards inner peace, you must build the strength to withstand the challenges of your ride. Your inner strength is like a battery of reserves that you can draw upon when things get tough. Deepak Chopra also associates strength with flexibility: “An oak tree is very strong but with the first storm it may crack, whereas a little think vine that is flexible will survive the same storm. If you are flexible then the challenge is gone.”
