Just put on a happy face, and greet the day. If a problem comes along, greet it with respect and joy and dive into solving it. Don't put it off, or it'll get bigger. Things are never as difficult as you think they'll be.
Take it from me; this is advice that works. Sure, some days I forget it myself, but as soon as I remember to look up (in every sense of the word) things improve.
There is always a solution to even the worst problems. Take time, be creative, ask for help from other people and from God.
