Trinity Angel

How do I describe wha I am feeling and thinking? I sometimes feel like a shell just walking around, with no answers or even a way out. Sometimes I am so lonely I don't even want to be around myself.

I'm 26 and can remember when I thought that 26 yr olds were so together. But now I'm here and I feel like I have nothing together. Not even close. On the outside everything seems ok, but I have no idea what direction my life is going in, or how to feel closer to God. I ask for the angels to come to me and help me, but I feel like i'm just talking to myself. I know that if I reconnect with nature, God, myself, and the universe I can handle life's trials. I say this, but I still feel unsure and scared about my recent life-altering decisions. I have trouble explaining, except that I am lost. I feel lost from everything.
