Hospice Foundation of America
A nonprofit organization committed to assisting those coping professionally or personally with terminal illness, death and grief. The site offers a range of resources including audiotapes, books, and sample articles from the Foundation's monthly newsletter on bereavement.

Hospice Net
A nonprofit website devoted to supporting hospice care by offering a comprehensive database of the hospice-related information available on the Internet. A good source of introductory articles on hospice.

The National Hospice Organization
National organization dedicated to promoting quality care for the terminally ill and their families. This site provides basic information about hospice and a searchable database of affiliated hospices within the United States.
