Qur'an, An-Nab, 78:35-38

There [in Heaven] they shall hear no vain discourse, nor any prevarication. All this will be a splendid reward from your Lord, the Sovereign of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between, the Beneficent with whom no one shall have the power to converse. On the day when the angels and the Spirit stand according to their ranks, they shall not be able to utter a word, save those who receive consent of the Merciful and declare what is right.
