Financial stress can lead to:<\/p>\n<p><\/font><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><font>anxiety<\/font><\/li>\n<li><font>sleep issues<\/font><\/li>\n<li><font>increased alcohol and drug abuse <\/font><\/li>\n<li><font>Increased blood pressure<\/font><\/li>\n<li><font>increased risk for heart attack<br \/><\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><font>&nbsp;<\/font><font>To help people cope with financial stress, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.heartmath.org\/\">HeartMath Institute<\/a> is offering a f<\/font><font>ree <i>D<a href=\"http:\/\/www.heartmath.org\/for-you\/destress-kit-for-the-changing-times.html?Itemid=0\">e-Stress In Challenging Times Kit<\/a>, <\/i>which offers great tools for de-stressing your life. <\/p>\n<p>So, take good care of your heart and remember&#8230;it&#8217;s only money.
