So, it is very important during this time to<br \/>\npay special attention to your health and well-being. If you can remain<br \/>\ncalm and balanced, it will be easier for you to stay focused, positive<br \/>\nand receptive to manifesting that perfect new job.<\/p>\n<p>One of the easiest ways to reduce stress and achieve a sense of calm and<br \/>\nbalance is to meditate daily. In fact, meditation is now scientifically<br \/>\nproven to be one of the most effective ways to manage stress and improve<br \/>\nyour health and well-being. When you&#8217;re looking for a job you need to<br \/>\nbe at your best, so practice this simple meditation daily.<\/p>\n<p><u>Ocean Meditation<\/u><br \/>\n<br \/>I love the ocean. It&#8217;s the place that I always return to for spiritual<br \/>\nnourishment and to restore my sense of well-being. Unfortunately, I<br \/>\ncan&#8217;t always get to the ocean when I need to rejuvenate so I created<br \/>\nthis meditation to bring the ocean to me. It works quite well&#8230;I hope<br \/>\nit helps you, too.<\/p>\n<p>To begin, find a quiet place to sit comfortably where you will not be<br \/>\ninterrupted for at least ten minutes. Close your eyes and visualize<br \/>\nyourself sitting on the sand, facing the ocean on a warm summer day. You<br \/>\nare the only one on the entire beach. Feel the sun against your skin,<br \/>\ntaste the salt in the air, see the waves crashing in and out before you.<br \/>\nOnce you have created this image firmly in your mind, begin to take deep<br \/>\nbreaths in and out with the rhythm of the waves.<\/p>\n<p>Breathe in as each wave comes to shore. Breathe out as each wave returns<br \/>\nto the ocean. Hold each inward breath to the count of six and then<br \/>\nexhale fully to the count of six. Keep your eyes closed the entire time<br \/>\nand continue to hold the vision of yourself sitting on the beach in your<br \/>\nmind&#8217;s eye. Once you have established this breathing pattern, imagine<br \/>\nthat your own breath is the sound of the ocean waves moving in and out<br \/>\nto and from the shore. Now with each breath you take and each wave that<br \/>\ncomes in, feel yourself breathing in positive healing energy. With each<br \/>\nexhale, feel yourself releasing any negative energy you may be holding<br \/>\ninto the vastness of the ocean where it simply disappears.<\/p>\n<p>Do this meditation daily for at least ten minutes or whenever you feel<br \/>\nyour stress level increasing.
