What’s a Money Magician? Do they have special powers? Well…not exactly.<\/i>
They can be very powerful and creative, however.  <\/p>\n

A Money Magician is someone who understands and has transformed their
“money shadow” and is infinitely connected to the source of their true power and to God.
Your “money shadow” represents the aspects of yourself that are unknown or hidden in the darkness within, which can cause financial difficulties or challenges. As you learn to see and understand these parts of yourself, you bring the “shadow” into the light and can begin to heal and transform your relationship with money.<\/p>\n

We all have these “shadow” places within us. This is nothing to be ashamed about. It is just part of what it is to be human. These shadowy places come from unhealed emotional pain and wounds that we never quite found a way to understand and heal. But heal we must if we want our lives to be different, especially around money. <\/p>\n

Historically, when civilizations have encountered great economic challenge, it was due to the “money shadow” of the masses. For example, the Fall of the Roman Empire, literally was caused largely by gross overconsumption and the high cost of fighting too many wars. The Romans were the first consumer oriented society and literally, they shopped and waged war until they dropped…thus the demise of one of the greatest civilizations of all time.

Sound familiar? Could we be heading down this same path? Quite simply…yes.<\/p>\n

But does it have to happen this way? Absolutely not.<\/p>\n

We are living in a very unique time in the world. We have been given much and we have the power to create even more. But we must begin to heal individually and as a society, our collective money shadow. Money was not meant to separate us but to bring us together. Just look at the outpouring of money, love and support for Haiti right now. As we learn that we are not separate and use the resources we have for the common good of all, not just some, then we have a fighting chance of saving and re-creating a world that allows money to heal and transform our world. <\/p>\n

Because the truth is we have enough of everything…it just needs to be distributed more equally and fairly. Money is one of the most powerful resources for healing and transforming
the pain in the world that exists in tangible form. When money is used with love and care, it represents the light side of money. When it is used with greed, jealousy, hatred, and to oppress others, it is a dark and destructive force. We each have a choice.<\/p>\n

For the next week, I challenge you to think about your own money shadow. Think about how you use money…are your purchases in alignment with your heart and your values? Do you use money lovingly? Or do you sometimes feel entitled and greedy and shop to please this part of yourself? Begin to notice these things and use your money in alignment with your heart and spirit, and you may quickly begin to experience a shift in your financial life.<\/p>\n
