If you&#8217;d like<br \/>\na little more of it, here are the Top 10 Ways I know today to get it:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Top 10 Ways to More Life Energy<\/h1>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"center\" style=\"text-align:center\"><u>&nbsp;<\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:.5in;text-indent:-.25in\">1.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span><i>Get enough sleep. <\/i><span style=\"font-style:normal\">We&#8217;re<br \/>\na sleep-deprived society. You can&#8217;t sleep on this repair-and-rebuilding time<br \/>\nand expect to bound into your day with vitality and be there till bedtime at<br \/>\nnight. Yogic teachings suggest that 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. are the ideal hours for<br \/>\nsleeping. But if some music moves<br \/>\nyou, it will boost your ch&#8217;i.
