I can&#8217;t quite recall the title, but the <a title=\"morning and evening rituals\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/wholeliving\/2011\/08\/quotes-to-embrace-change-part-2.html\" target=\"_blank\">morning and evening rituals<\/a> mentioned in the book are crystal clear to me. It&#8217;s funny <a title=\"Prayers and quotes for strength\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/wholeliving\/2011\/08\/prayers-and-quotes-for-strength.html\" target=\"_blank\">how things work. \ud83d\ude42<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"So let's talk rituals.\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/wholeliving\/2011\/09\/you-are-lovely.html\" target=\"_blank\">So let&#8217;s talk rituals.<\/a>\u00a0 I am trying to get in the habit of saying <strong>three good things<\/strong> that happened during the day, right before bed. You could also do this while brushing your teeth, after your prayers, or even with another family member to end the day on <a title=\"a wonderfully positive note. \" href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/wholeliving\/2011\/09\/comfort-others-comfort-yourself.html\" target=\"_blank\">a wonderfully positive note. <\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>It takes time to build a conditioned behavior.<\/strong> So pairing a new behavior or thought with an already ingrained one can help! Allow yourself time\u00a0to mentally (and physically) prepare for the <a title=\"new behavior.\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/wholeliving\/2011\/09\/video-rat-loves-cat-cat-tolerates-rat.html\" target=\"_blank\">new behavior.<\/a><br \/>\nFor example while<strong> brushing my teeth<\/strong> in the morning and at night, <a title=\"I am going to think of three good things that have happened during the day. \" href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/wholeliving\/2011\/09\/the-rules-of-life.html\" target=\"_blank\">I am going to think of three good things that have happened during the day. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>You could also do this when <strong>washing the dishes, cleaning house, walking, sitting at a stop light, stretching, turning on your computer<\/strong> etc&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>What are your ideas? <a title=\"I know you can do this!\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/wholeliving\/2011\/09\/quotes-for-keeping-the-faith-and-on-life.html\" target=\"_blank\">I know you can do this!<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/inspirationreport\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Inspiration Report<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/wholeliving\/2011\/08\/easy-ways-to-be-healthy-part-1.html\" target=\"_blank\">Easy ways to be healthy part 1<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beliefnet.com\/beyondblue\/\">Beyond Blue<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good afternoon!
