I didn&#8217;t follow a recipe or measure. The ending result was tomato gazpacho, which coincidentally I have always wanted to make, but never knew how! Here is my version of a recipe, use it for inspiration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 cans of chopped tomatoes with juice ( or 4 cups of fresh chopped tomatoes )<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2 tablespoons of lime juice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2 tablespoons of lemon juice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 can of corn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 can of peas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3 table spoons of red pepper<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3 table spoons of black pepper<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\/2 teaspoon of sea salt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\/2 cup of fresh basil (chopped )<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mix it all together, refrigerate.
