Desperate for a remedy for my chronic insomnia, I booked a consultation and appointment.<\/p>\n<p>So how did it go? I have to be honest the first ten minutes were tough, not painful but it was hard to just sit still and be present. The next twenty minutes were wonderful. I didn&#8217;t want to leave, I felt so relaxed.
