Wall Street protesters in Zuccotti Park battened down the hatches yesterday as the early October snow turned their tents into igloos, but the close quarters also made easy pickings for one predator.<\/p>\n
A sex fiend barged into a woman\u2019s tent and sexually assaulted her at around 6 a.m., said protesters, who chased him from the park.<\/p>\n
\u201cPervert! Pervert! Get the f–k out!\u201d said vigilante Occupiers, who never bothered to call the cops.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey were shining flashlights in his face and yelling at him to leave,\u201d said a woman who called herself Leslie, but refused to give her real name.<\/p>\n
She said that weeks earlier another woman was raped.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe don\u2019t tell anyone,\u201d she said. \u201cWe handle it internally. I said too much already.\u201d<\/p>\n
With temperatures in the low 30s and their gas-powered generators confiscated by the FDNY, protesters defiantly braved the cold as the occupation hit the 30-day mark.<\/p>\n
\u201cBring on the snow,\u201d said New Jersey artist Chris Guerra, 27, at the welcome booth. \u201cThis is day 30, and I say bring it on. I\u2019m not leaving until the sun dies or Jesus Christ returns.\u201d<\/p>\n
The cold weather proved too much from some protesters. Medical staff at Zuccotti Park said that three people went to the hospital with cold-related ailments.<\/p>\n
Some other diehard Wall Street haters spent the snow day protesting alleged civil-rights violations at City Hall and the rash of foreclosures in Jamaica, Queens.<\/p>\n
