Please continue to pray and thank the Lord for what He is going to do for 6 year old Kailey. \u00a0Pray for wisdom for our lawyers: Chris Maruca and David Lynch as they prepare\u00a0and speak with the new judge on 8-25-11 at the Status Conference at 1:30 pm. \u00a0And pray new visiting Judge Joseph Giulitto (assigned by the OH Supreme Court)\u00a0will see the truth and take immediate action for Kailey to be in the safe custody of her mother.<\/p>\n

Quick Recap:<\/strong>
\nKailey’s father ABANDONED them on 4-22-06, when Kailey was only 13 months old.
\nCurrently, Kailey is in California, alienated and isolated from her mother and her entire family who loves her dearly.
\nShe was taken to California by her father and his current wife without a hearing and without permission in Feb. 2011.
\nWe have been in the Trumbull County Family Court for 5 years fighting for justice for Kailey and her mother, Christine.
\nThe court (Judge Richard L. James) suddenly recused itself on 7-14-11.
\nKailey’s THIRD court appointed G.A.L. has just recently filed a Motion To Withdraw from the case on 8-3-11.<\/p>\n

The LORD is so good to us. He has brought all the right people on board who are willing to fight aggressively for Kailey.
\nAnd many THOUSANDS who are holding Kailey, us and our team; up in prayer.
\nWe thank you so much for your intercessory prayer and are anticipating the Lord’s hand at work in a mighty way.<\/p>\n
