Watchwoman<\/strong><\/span>: Read your Bible, my dear Christian\u00a0friends. \u00a0Do not be alarmed! \u00a0Why this would bother any real Christian man and woman wanting to get married in the eyes of God, making a\u00a0covenant\u00a0for a lifetime of fidelity in marriage, is beyond me. \u00a0Let her refuse. \u00a0She shouldn’t be marrying anyone anyway. \u00a0First of all, there is no such thing as a woman pastor. \u00a0No woman should be ordained and is NOT ordained in God’s eyes. \u00a0She’s no more a pastor than I am a pastor. \u00a0So who cares? \u00a0Let her go on in her sinfulness and everyone should just ignore her, unless they are bringing her the message of salvation\u00a0in the Lord Jesus Christ<\/span>. \u00a0Until she hears that message and gets saved, anything else anyone says to her falls on deaf ears anyway. \u00a0She’s incapable of understanding, it’s all foolishness to her and everyone else in that state<\/span>. \u00a0<\/strong>[1 Corinthians 2:14] But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. \u00a0<\/em>I doubt seriously this is going to bother any true Christian man or woman because a real Christian wouldn’t belong to this apostate congregation. \u00a0\u25ac \u00a0Donna Calvin<\/strong><\/p>\n

LESBIAN PASTOR REFUSES TO WED STRAIGHTS UNTIL GAYS ALLOWED TO MARRY IN NC<\/strong><\/h1>\n

\"\"Pastor Nancy Petty, the lesbian spiritual leader at Pullen Memorial Baptist church in Raleigh, N.C., has a message for her state: Legalize same-sex marriage \u2014 or else. Until gay unions are legislatively permitted, Petty plans to no longer sign marriage licenses \u2014 an action that will potentially have a profound impact on her congregation.<\/p>\n

At the end of July, Petty told her church body that until she state begins allowing gay couples to wed, she is uncomfortable performing nuptials. Apparently, she has asked church deacons to allow permission to be relieved of this duty until the matter is settled (i.e. until the state enables same-sex marriage). Though she claims that she\u2019s enjoyed presiding over weddings, she says:<\/p>\n

\u201cevery time I sign a marriage license for a heterosexual couple and act as an agent of the state, I am reminded of those couples who I marry that are denied the basic human right to legally marry the person of their choice.\u201d<\/p>\n

Star News Online further explains Petty\u2019s decision:<\/p>\n

She\u2019ll do the religious blessing at Pullen, but she won\u2019t sign a marriage license. If the congregation backs her up, anyone wanting a state-sanctioned marriage will need to see a magistrate first \u2014 most likely in the public safety building downtown, where brides in their gown must pass through a metal detector.<\/p>\n

\u201cDo we, Pullen Memorial Baptist Church, want to continue to participate in offering religious ceremonies that carry with them civil and human rights that are not afforded to all people? Or will it be our practice and the practice of our ministers to honor all marriages equally by only offering religious ceremonies, thus not acting as agents of the state and perpetuating the unjust marriage laws of our state?\u201d<\/p>\n
