Calvin’s Commentary<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>: So you probably have thought all along that Trayvon Martin was a sweet American typical boy, just like the media has portrayed him. Well, wait till you read the following articles and see the pictures of him. You might form a very different idea of the real Trayvon Martin. I have not heard the things in the mainstream biased media about Trayvon Martin that are highlighted below \u2013 that will soon be admitted in the George Zimmerman Trial. All I have seen is the innocent picture of the deceased Trayvon Martin, not at the age he was when he attacked Zimmerman, but at the tender and sweet age of 13. I cannot understand how this trial concerning the right of one to defend themselves when they feel their life is being threatened ever came to trial based upon the evidence I’ve heard in Zimmerman’s trial thus far. Then why did it? Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson have once again worked up the media and everyone everywhere who are terrified of the reactionary potential of the mass media once the “R” word is bellowed \u2013 you know the word \u2013 “racism”. It’s result is mob rule and mob trials. Zimmerman’s trial is just another perfect example of the same kind of overreaction in another miscarriage of justice. Mob rule similar to Paula Deen’s mess who confessed to having once used the \u201cN\u201d word in her deposition resulting from extortion of a legal sort \u2013 better known as \u201cgreen-mail\u201d. Deen’s extortionist has successfully gotten Deen labeled a \u201cracist\u201d. Her former employee had been trying to extort $1.25 million from her deep pockets. As a result Deen admitted to saying the forbidden \u201cN\u201d word 30-years ago to describe an animal who held a gun in her face and robbed her at gun point. The \u201cN\u201d word was not spoken publicly, but in the privacy of her own home to one person \u2013 her own husband! It is obvious and a crying shame that America has lost her way in a raging storm of lunacy. I’m not sure there is any way back to common sense and rational reason or will America sink to the bottom of the abyss and perish in her storm of insanity and contrived hate. I have been doing all I can for over 25 years trying to cry out the truth of what we so desperately need in America \u2013 which is simply \u2013 God’s Love for One Another and God’s Law-Word (The Holy Bible)! We need Americans to follow God’s Laws, not man’s irrational insanity. Man’s insanity has made it legal to murder babies in bloody abortuaries at will \u2013 all during all 9 months of pregnancy for any reason \u2013 in fact, for no reason! We desperately need God to shed His Wisdom abundantly upon us because there is not enough decency left among our law makers, or those who elect them, or the cowardly communist media who no longer broadcasts the facts, but their agenda, or the out-of-control, evil judicial, black-robed magistrates and the whole of the educational system who brainwash our children to believe every one of Satan’s lies to anticipate that the right thing (real righteousness) will ever again be the natural outcome of most of the important social issues on the table today. These are evil days! America is no longer a republic. It has become a mass of mob rule exercised by a elite few with a very dark agenda to fundamentally change America from a country that was called exceptional into a narcissistic, greedy nanny state, the new-form of collectivism, tyranny and Karl Marx communism. America has more than lost it’s compass, it has lost its sanity!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Judge<\/a>In Reversal, Florida Judge Okays Testimony About Trayvon Martin\u2019s Marijuana Usage<\/h1>\n

Jurors in the George Zimmerman murder trial will be able to hear defense testimony that Trayvon Martin had small amounts of marijuana in his system at the time he was shot to death in February 2012.<\/p>\n

In a ruling this afternoon, Judge Debra Nelson rejected a prosecution request to ban a portion of a toxicology report that revealed Martin had been smoking pot at some point prior to Zimmerman killing him with a single gunshot to the heart.<\/p>\n

Nelson, who previously granted a prosecution motion to limit testimony about the government toxicology report, reversed herself in the wake of last Friday\u2019s testimony by the medical examiner who performed the Martin autopsy. Zimmerman\u2019s lawyers will apparently introduce findings from the toxicology report through the testimony of a defense forensics expert.<\/p>\n

Medical examiner Shiping Bao told jurors that he had changed his opinion with regard to whether Martin\u2019s marijuana level could have affected his physical or mental state on the night of the shooting. Bao initially concluded that the amount of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) in Martin\u2019s blood would not have had any effect on the 17-year-old.<\/p>\n

However, during his testimony last week, Bao referenced Martin\u2019s THC level, noting that \u201cMarijuana could have no effect or some effect.\u201d<\/p>\n

In Zimmerman\u2019s call to a non-emergency police line, he told a dispatcher that a person he was observing (who turned out to be Martin) appeared to be \u201con drugs.\u201d<\/p>\n

Zimmerman\u2019s lawyers have previously argued that they should be allowed to introduce evidence of Martin\u2019s drug use, pointing to text messages appearing to refer to his use of marijuana. Additionally, the attorneys also unsuccessfully argued for the admittance of a pair of photos of pot plants<\/a> that were found on Martin\u2019s cell phone. Other recovered images showed a handgun<\/a> and Martin blowing smoke from his mouth (as seen above).<\/p>\n

George Zimmerman’s Lawyer Wants Jurors To See Photos Of Handgun, Pot Plants Found On Trayvon Martin’s Cell Phone<\/h1>\n

In a bid to muddy up Trayvon Martin in advance of trial, a lawyer for George Zimmerman has released photos of a handgun and marijuana plants that were found on the late\u00a0teenager\u2019s cell phone.<\/p>\n

In a court filing today, attorney Mark O\u2019Mara listed documents and images he \u201cintends to introduce into evidence\u201d during the criminal case against Zimmerman, who has been charged with murdering Martin. The 17-year-old was shot to death in February 2012 by Zimmerman (who claims that he fired in self-defense while being attacked by the unarmed teenager).<\/p>\n

Included in the photos that O\u2019Mara says he wants jurors to see are two images extracted from Martin\u2019s Huawei phone showing a Smith & Wesson handgun and clip. In one photo (seen above) the weapon appears to be held by the person who snapped the photo. The second photo<\/a> shows the gun and clip atop what appears to be a soiled mattress.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Mara has also notified Florida prosecutors that he will try to introduce text messages from Martin\u2019s phone. Those messages include exchanges dealing with Martin\u2019s suspension from school<\/a> for fighting<\/p>\n
