ESPN<\/i> is fully committed to diversity and welcomes Jason Collins’ announcement.”<\/p>\n So let me get this straight: Christianity is frowned upon as a “distraction,” while homosexuality is “welcome news”?<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin, III is once again causing controversy. He tweeted yesterday, “In a land of freedom we are held hostage by the tyranny of political correctness.”<\/p>\n It’s not entirely clear what Griffin was referring to, but a lot of liberals took offense. One “hit man” for the left-wing “hit squad” known as Media Matters tweeted a warning back, “Don’t do this.”<\/p>\n Griffin is also a Christian. Even worse, there is speculation he may be a — gasp!– a conservative!
