Calvin’s Commentary: Glenn Beck is right in his evisceration of a hideous commercial aired on MSNBC to abduct and pervert the minds of parents!\u00a0 Public schools and the government are trying to steal your children — and their minds, turning them against you, your religious and moral belief system and the U.S. Constitution because it was founded upon the Law-Word of God.\u00a0 The government and all it’s allied conspirators, the media, the teachers’ union, Hollyweird, the Dept. of \u201cIN-Human\u201d Services, promoters of Ritalin, communism, atheistic psychiatrists and godless psychology, etc., etc., have been conspiring for decades to removed God, the Bible, Prayer and morality from the public school system, teaching children they don’t have to listen to or obey authorities (their ignorant parents) \u2013 all for a purpose \u2013 and that is to cause kids to become so belligerent that parents give up, throw their hands in the air and say, \u201cTake control of my children, I can’t control them anymore<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>!\u201d And then all government has to do is say, \u201cFine. We’ll take care of them for you,\u201d and proceed to indoctrinate them to be mind-numbed robots serving the collective. I’ve been warning you and everyone else who would listen to me about this for years and years. Most didn’t listen. The greater majority called me nuts. And an even greater majority didn’t think it was possible \u2013 and now here it is, right before you and guess what \u2013 that vast majority of people still won’t listen and the greater number of parents still won’t believe me! Even after they read it for themselves right below! Parents, if you don’t get back to the Bible and take your children to church at least once a week, pray with them daily, teach them the Ten Commandments \u2013 and I pray you do, you’re going to not only lose the next generation, you will be held responsible at the Great White Throne Judgment for losing your own children’s souls! I strongly urge you to go to your library and get a movie called \u201cCourageous.\u201d Watch it. Then do what the fathers in that movie did to save their children! Be courageous. There is no neutrality. There is only good and evil. God and Satan. The Bible and the world. Glenn Beck Eviscerates MSNBC Promo Claiming Your Kids Belong to the \u2018Whole Community\u2019 \u2014 and Makes Some Scary Connections<\/h1>\n

\"\"<\/a>Glenn Beck opened his radio show Monday in a state of near disbelief over an MSNBC promo where anchor Melissa Harris-Perry calmly explains how your children don’t really belong to you — they belong to the collective.<\/p>\n

“It’s almost a parody of reality,” Beck said of the clip.\u00a0 “It is so far beyond what we have ever thought as a nation, it’s remarkable…”<\/p>\n

For those who haven’t seen the advertisement, Harris-Perry says:<\/p>\n

We have never invested as much in public education as we should have because we’ve always had kind of a private notion of children.\u00a0 Your kid is yours and totally your responsibility.\u00a0 We haven’t had a very collective notion of these are our children.\u00a0 So part of it is we have to break through our kind of private idea that kids belong to their parents<\/strong> or kids belong to their families and recognize that kids belong to whole communities. \u00a0<\/strong>[Emphasis added]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Beck spent roughly an hour of his program breaking down the promo, and how it connects to the larger issues today.<\/p>\n

First, he explained why the ad shouldn’t be dismissed, and how it will be “so appealing” to a startling percentage of the population:<\/p>\n

“…The idea behind this is going to be so appealing to so many people. \u00a0So many people are going to say, ‘I love that.’\u00a0 Because I’m freaked out.<\/strong>\u00a0 I don’t know what to do with my kids…\u00a0 They’re unruly.\u00a0 They’re whatever.\u00a0 I don’t know what to do. And so the State will relieve you of that.<\/p>\n

And I think that there’s a good 20 to 30% of America<\/strong>, maybe even higher now, I’m not sure, [that] will gladly have the State take that over so they don’t have to worry about it. \u00a0Yet another one of your responsibilities taken from you — I’m sorry.\u00a0 Another one of your responsibilities that you will gladly hand over<\/em> because you don’t know what to do.<\/strong>\u00a0 And so they will do it for you: Don’t worry! We’ll raise your kids.\u00a0 We’ll train your kids.\u00a0 We’ll educate your kids because it’s working out so well…\u00a0 [Emphasis added]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

“This is exactly what we warned about,” Beck said.\u00a0 “This is the fulfillment of so many things that we have said on this program.”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Beck referenced Agenda 21, which emphasizes “the collective” over the individual, noting that it’s been branded a conspiracy theory among adults while children are learning about it in school.<\/p>\n

But while the notion has been reserved largely for theoretical papers thus far, Beck claimed it is growing legs in America’s academic curriculum and connected it to the concerns recently raised about two such program called Common Core and CSCOPE:<\/p>\n

“It’s already being implemented with Common Core.\u00a0 It’s already been implemented here in Texas with CSCOPE.\u00a0 You don’t have a right to see as a parent what your children are learning.\u00a0 You go to a Texas school and say, “Let me see the curriculum.”\u00a0 You can’t.\u00a0 “Let me see that test that you are teaching through CSCOPE.”\u00a0 You can’t. You’re a parent.\u00a0 You don’t have a right to know.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And this is not some kooky panelist misspeaking, Beck noted.\u00a0 This is a pre-planned promotion that had to go through layers of approval and planning.<\/p>\n

“Here’s our point of view — that your children<\/em> don’t belong to you,” Beck said in amazement.\u00a0 But more than that, “this is an organization that had its hosts meeting with the president regularly<\/em>,” co-host Stu Burguiere noted.<\/p>\n

From there, Beck read excerpts from a stunning 2012 article in Pravda<\/a>, which used to be the official paper of the USSR.<\/p>\n

“Bye, bye Miss American Pie. The Communists have won in America with Obama… Obama has been re-elected for a 2nd term by an illiterate society and he is ready to continue his lies of less taxes while he raises them,” it says.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The article continues: “They read history in America don’t they? Alas, the schools in the U.S. were conquered by the Communists long ago and history was revised thus paving the way for their Communist presidents.”<\/p>\n

“Wow,” was all the co-hosts could say.<\/p>\n

But in some ways, they concluded, the controversial ad is actually a good thing.\u00a0 While many would have preferred to see a more moderate tone from the popular news network, at least they’re being honest.<\/p>\n

“I told you there would come a time when they would show you their true colors,” Beck said.<\/p>\n
