YOUR opportunity to be a court watcher is vital.\u00a0 We provide public transparency.<\/p>\n

Dolores has been fighting for her son for 13 years in this court.\u00a0\u00a0 Again, the story is the same.\u00a0 He was taken from his mother and given to an abusive father and his girlfriend.\u00a0 Her son’s Children Service case worker threatened the mother and took her child away from her.\u00a0 The CSB case worker, Diane Harris,\u00a0made up things that the child did not say or do and demanded that Dee put her son in a public school.\u00a0 It seems that CSB and the court are in collusion to keep the child away from his mother for good!\u00a0 When the hearing was cancelled this past May, the mother’s lawyer’s secretary told her that the court and CSB already had it ‘rigged’ and set to terminate all the mother’s rights to see her son.<\/p>\n

Leading up to this:\u00a0 The child\u00a0was in the hospital and hospital called CSB to report abuse from the father.\u00a0 Diane Harris took the child from the hospital against the mother’s wishes and put him in foster care!!!!\u00a0 Then she told\u00a0Dee’s son and the foster parent that he HAD to go live with his father.\u00a0 How absurd!!!<\/p>\n

Past history:\u00a0 The past court psychologist, Doug\u00a0Darnell had about 9 women file complaints against him for filing unethical reports.\u00a0 He even went as far as altering tests results so he could give the fathers custody.\u00a0 His friend was the attorney at CSB at that time.\u00a0 The CSB has a\u00a0personal vendetta\u00a0against Dee because she was subpoenaed to testify in\u00a0Columbus.<\/p>\n

Court observers are growing.\u00a0 More and more people are becoming court observers and seeing the need for them.\u00a0 Let’s show up and hopefully with our presence we can stop this travesty from happening.\u00a0 This child has been scared to death by his father, his father’s girlfriend, and CSB and is afraid to tell his mother anything.<\/p>\n

When the child was 8 years old, they barged in to her house, took her son without a reason and for 3 months he was kept away from her son, and Dee still had full custody!!!<\/p>\n

Please pass this on.\u00a0 We, the tax paying public, pay the people who work at the courthouse, including the judge and magistrates.\u00a0 How long will we allow the dog to bite the master’s hand who feeds him???<\/p>\n

This court is destroying our children and it must stop now.\u00a0 CSB and the courts seem to be in collusion on this\u00a0case and have caused so much turmoil in the life of a mother and son.\u00a0 So\u00a0who are the real criminals here?<\/p>\n
