Two full day hearings for reallocation of custody ‘rightfully’ back to mother <\/strong>at the\u00a0Trumbull County Family\u00a0Courthouse<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tuesday, June 7, 2011\u00a0and\u00a0Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 9:00 AM<\/strong><\/p>\n

Downtown Warren at the corner of Rt. 422 and Main Ave. across from Mickey’s Army and Navy Store<\/p>\n

If you can only attend 1\/2 a day, please do.\u00a0 I’m guessing the hearings will go from 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This is the MOST IMPORTANT set of HEARINGS as this will determine a little gir’s future life!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>This\u00a0will be in a courtroom and we need to pack it out<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0The child’s abusive father and his current\u00a0wife will be testifying.<\/p>\n

Please jot this in your schedule and try to come.\u00a0 I know you cannot come if you are working, but please tell others to try to come who are not at work.\u00a0 This court has violated the law way too long and it’s time to hold them accountable.\u00a0 Especially since they are allowing the abuse to continue to an innocent child, who is held hostage and is isolated on the west coast.<\/p>\n

This FIVE year travesty began when the father ABANDONED his 13 month old daughter and his wife of 4 1\/2 years \u00a0in 2006.<\/strong> He has\u00a0committed many offenses, contempts, and court order violations.\u00a0 The court has not address the many contempts\u00a0rightfully filed against him (the latest being he took the child to the west coast without permission).\u00a0\u00a0A contempt was filed with an order to return the child in late winter of 2011, which the Judge has still not addressed.\u00a0 At the last hearing in spring – 2011,\u00a0there were 25 court observers present, who saw the mother’s attorney, catch the father RED handed in several LIES.\u00a0 This is called perjury. \u00a0He showed his true colors by dictating orders to mother in the court’s stead, and it was clearly pointed out that he was only concerned about himself and never acted in the child’s best interest.<\/p>\n

Please pass this on.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We, the tax paying public, pay the people who work at the courthouse, including the judge and magistrates.\u00a0 How long will we allow the dog to bite the master’s hand who feeds him???<\/p>\n

This court is destroying our children and it must stop now.\u00a0 For this child’s sake and for all the children coming after her in this court.<\/p>\n

Please pass this on and invite others to attend.<\/strong><\/p>\n
