How about pigs, goats, sheep, cattle going to market?\u00a0 (5.) What about a live lobster I plan on boiling tonight?\u00a0 (6.) How long will it be before an evil, greedy entrepreneurial capitalist who is industrious and ambitious, and very good friends with the right members of the NJ legislature be smart enough to make certain new governmental laws are introduced and approved so that only &#8220;my&#8221; specially approved pet carriers and seat belts for every kind of animal (all different for every animal and weight category) and pet can be used? &#8212; Wow! Yes, that includes the back of a pickup truck too. Violators can be fined $250 to $1,000 per offense.<\/p>\n<p>Ray Martinez, head of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, just wants to avoid distracted driving.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople actually driving with a dog or a cat on their laps. It\u2019s not cute. It\u2019s actually dangerous for the driver.
