Biden: Tea Party stopped us from growing economy<\/a><\/h1>\n

Vice President Joe Biden admitted to a group of supporters in New Hampshire this afternoon that the President would have been able help the economy “much, more” if the Tea Party hadn’t taken the House.<\/p>\n

Biden, a typical Democratic politician. After running unsuccessfully for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2008 (and trashing Barack Obama), he accepted the VP nomination from ... Barack Obama -gotta love politics!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Biden showed the audience the Obama campaigns chart of job growth during the President’s first term in office and accused the Tea Party for stalling the recovery, because of the debt limit fight.<\/p>\n

“Imagine where we’d be if the Tea Party hadn’t taken control of the House of Representatives,” Biden said adding that they were “a group set on obstructionism.”<\/p>\n

“They have one overwhelming goal: prevent President Obama from a second term, with no – apparently no care of the consequences to the economy,” he said. Biden insisted that the president persevered in spite of their obstruction and demonstrated “important progress” that could be measured.<\/p>\n
