Not everyone believes Zimmerman is being treated fairly. This is a photo on George Zimmerman's website of the vandalized Hale Black Cultural Center at Ohio State University. It has been shown all over the local Greater Cleveland Ohio viewing area on local news programs for the past several days. Not surprisingly, the news media people are referring to this graffiti as a HATE CRIME. However, I have yet to hear one word on the local Cleveland news about the Black Panthers offering a $10,000 bounty on Zimmerman, Dead or Alive, or that that bounty surely must be a hate crime equal to the mobster gangland style of the former Murder, Inc., that thrived during the heyday of Mafioso crime-ridden mob-style justice of Al Capone and Company's Tommy-Gun Reign of Terror. Whether or not Zimmerman is guilty or not is yet to be proved in a Court of Law; however, I don't see how he can get a fair trial when the militant, terrorist group of Black Panthers, a Cleveland City Councilman Zach Reed, Obama, revalshapton, revjessejackson, revalfarrakan, plus most every other jump-on-the-bandwagon NAACP leader, plus Hollyweird's Spike Lee have already indicated in one way or another, more or less, that the Hispanic Zimmerman should be strung up simply because Zimmerman is not a black man who shot another black person. Apparently, only blacks can shoot and kill another black without it being a hate crime, but if anyone of a different race or color shoots a black person, it must be racially motivated. That's very narrow-minded and reflects the culture of hate prevalent in America today -- called reverse discrimination -- promoted by Obama's own pastor of 20 years in Chicago, the revjeremiahwright.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

BREAKING NEWS! George Zimmerman has been charged with second degree murder in the shooting death of unarmed Florida teenager Trayvon Martin, says prosecutor Angela Corey.<\/h2>\n

Zimmerman has surrendered to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, his new lawyer, Mark O’Mara, told CNN legal analyst Mark NeJame.\u00a0\u00a0 Martin, 17, was killed February 26 as he returned to his father’s fiancee’s house in Sanford, Florida, after picking up candy and an iced tea at a nearby convenience store.\u00a0\u00a0 Zimmerman, a 28-year-old neighborhood watch volunteer, says he shot Martin in self-defense.\u00a0\u00a0 The case has drawn comments from President Obama and the United Nations, led to protest marches in cities and campuses around the country, and sparked a nationwide debate about race in America and Florida’s “stand your ground” law, which allows the use of deadly force by anyone who feels a reasonable threat of death or serious injury. Readings of the law are crucial to a prosecution, Conway said.\u00a0\u00a0 The six weeks between Martin\u2019s death and the announcement that Zimmerman would face charges led critics to list Martin along civil rights martyrs slain in the pursuit of racial justice.\u00a0\u00a0 Zimmerman\u2019s supporters have sought, in turn, to portray him as a symbol of an essential American character, the community protector who risks his own safety to help his neighbors.\u00a0\u00a0 The news that Zimmerman would be charged came shortly after the Rev. Al Sharpton and the Martin family attorney called for the public to remain peaceful whatever the decision of the special prosecutor.<\/p>\n
