In these final days of Advent, in our last hours to prepare for the Great Celebration of the Incarnation of the Christ Child, Jesus Christ, please share with me, won’t you,<\/strong>\u00a0a lovely and gentle song “Mary’s Lullaby” that I found on YouTube. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong>Take a few moments. \u00a0Slow down. Sit back and enjoy the Peacefulness of Advent. \u00a0Stop for a few moments all the feverish scurry and hurry. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong>Take time to appreciate the Season of Preparation for our Messiah’s Birth that is exclusive to this Wonderful Season of Advent.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Shakespeare\u00a0referred to the time between December 14 and\u00a0December\u00a028 as the\u00a0Halcyon\u00a0Days. \u00a0In\u00a0<\/span>King Lear<\/a>, he referred to the belief that if the dried carcass of a kingfisher was hung up it would always point its beak in the direction of the wind. The\u00a0<\/span>halcyon days<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0<\/span>winter<\/a>\u00a0is the period from December 14 to December 28 \u2014 seven days before and after the\u00a0<\/span>winter solstice<\/a>. It\u00a0marks the nesting season of the fabled halcyon, who built her nest on the surface of the ocean and quieted the wind and waters while her eggs were hatching.* \u00a0That’s a myth, of course,\u00a0written\u00a0by Shakespeare, but many people believe that Shakespeare was a Christian.\u00a0According to legend, the halcyon had the ability to calm the waters, making the sea\u00a0<\/span>safe<\/a>\u00a0for travel. There are great art works depicting the life of Christ in this moving video with a gentle song making the\u00a0poignant\u00a0theme absolutely clear, that Mary needed Jesus as her Savior. \u00a0Mary trusted Him!<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

[John 3:3] Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

May you be born again, saved by the Messiah Jesus Christ. \u00a0May you trust Him today and everyday until that day when we see Him face to face in the kingdom of God.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
