Therefore I will not be joining <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gothamgazette.com\/article\/fea\/20071224\/202\/2388\" target=\"_blank\">those who make predictions<\/a>, serious or otherwise, about what the New Year will bring. However, I would like to offer my wish list for the top 10 Jewish headlines for 2008. We may not see any of them in the coming year, but to paraphrase <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org\/jsource\/biography\/Herzl.html\" target=\"_blank\">Theodor Herzl,<\/a> if we can imagine it, then perhaps it will not just remain a dream.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbs.com\/latenight\/lateshow\/top_ten\/index\/php\/20071102.phtml\" target=\"_blank\">Following David Letterman\u2019s lead,<\/a> my top 10 wishes for 2008 headlines appear in ascending order:<br \/>\n10.
