I was just looking in the wrong corner.<br \/>\n(by the way, the easiest way to find him is early morning, when all the side altars are being used for Mass. Believe me, this is the best time to see St. Peter&#8217;s. Takes two seconds to get through security, no one is there, the place is practically empty. The only disadvantage is that because the side altars are being used, you can&#8217;t get close to study them. But all you have to do then is just wait a bit untill the Masses are over, and make your way.<br \/>\nOh, and what I was saying &#8211; the Mass being celebrated at the tomb of John XXIII is always the most heavily attended. In that there are about 10 people there instead of just a priest and a server.\u00a0<br \/>\nBut do go then, if you go. It is quite a meditative experience.)<br \/>\nMore later. I really need to get going.<br \/>\nLet&#8217;s just say that as much as I miss everyone, especially my husband, it is probably a good thing that I am the only one being taken by me on endless death marches through Rome&#8230;.)<br \/>\nYesterday, in brief: GA, brief visit with Charley Collins at Vatican Radio, a bit of a collapse back at the apartment since I had awoken at 5:30 (without aid of an alarm clock) and been down at St. Peter&#8217;s by 7&#8230;then back up, over the river, seeing various sights along the way, a purposeful visit to the Galleria Spada, then a wandering through the city which turned out to be \u00b0Station Churches, Wednesday Evening in November Style.&#8221; In that I discovered a rosary going on here, Mass here, and I decided to just hit as many churches as I could between those hours of 6 and 8 to see what was going on, who and how many were in attendance.
