Sometime, in all of this Blog-Discussion, someone needs to mention the function of comments. That is such an important element – not of all blogs, certainly, but of many. It’s fine for a blog not to have comments, but those that do function in a slightly different way, and someone needs to note that.<\/p>\n

And just to remind you why I have comments: 1)I enjoy hearing (most) people’s opinions, although we are getting kind of heavy on the so-called “conservative” end here, and I would like to hear more from others and 2)Before I added comments, I was getting, like, 50 emails a day from people saying “Let me comment on your post.”<\/p>\n
