The Times is pretending the trial isn&#8217;t happening right here in Manhattan and prefers to report about Dr. Carhart in Lincoln, NE.<\/p>\n<p>BTW, Judge Casey was appointed by Clinton.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Casey is a hero.
