Oddly enough, though, I find the drive from south to north or the reverse far less trying than the latter.\u00a0 The landscape is more varied, there are more cities along the way, while all that stretch of I-75 I know so well offers, imprinted in my consciousness, is miles and miles of flat, red Georgia dirt with, it seems, nothing but oversized produce to distract. **Shudder.** I <em>hate <\/em>that stretch of road from Macon to Valdosta..<br \/>\nAnyway, the header up there was taken on I-65, somewhere in Kentucky. To get the full effect, you have to look at both extremes, on both left and right. I blew it up, zoomed and cropped as much as I could to help you out.<br \/>\nSome other scenes. They are randomly displayed, not in order in which they occurred. So now I get it, but I still wonder what Hank thinks. Told you. I still don&#8217;t understand why they don&#8217;t wander past the wire. There&#8217;s no electrical fencing &#8211; I know that because once when we went, a keeper was among them, and she invited us to pet them &#8211; and as one nuzzled Joseph&#8217;s pocket, it went past the wire, didn&#8217;t jump up in shock or anything.\u00a0 I know kangaroos can be dangerous animals (like any of them, I suppose), but they are so lovely and placid here.
