All rights afforded to a human being begin at that moment, the new law says.<\/p>\n<p>Right to Life of Michigan calls it a new conceptual approach to banning partial-birth abortion that has not been tested in the courts.<\/p>\n<p>Passage of the Legal Birth Definition Act effectively overrides Gov. Amy has five children, ranging in age from 26 to 4 and was married to Michael Dubruiel, who died unexpectedly in February 2009.
