The poll was conducted as the communion controversy reached full flower, and while it has begun to fade from news pages, the Kerry campaign must wonder: Will Catholics remember this issue in November? <\/p>\n<p>Mr. Kerry&#8217;s overall approval rating among Ohio Catholics is at just 41 percent. More alarming: One in every two Catholics here say that, considering Mr. Kerry, they have a &#8220;very unfavorable&#8221; opinion of him &#8211; the strongest negative sentiment measured by the poll. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\nLots of interesting polling in the piece.
