He&#8217;s pro-choice and believes<br \/>\nthat abortion should be safe, legal and rare.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Cutter might not be aware of this, but every time<br \/>\nKerry votes on a bill that passes into law, he is<br \/>\nimposing his convictions on a large number of<br \/>\nAmericans.
