Women have been ordained Catholic priests in the past. In 2002, a group of seven women from Germany, Austria and the US entered the priesthood after a ceremony on a Danube cruise ship.<\/p>\n

Two male bishops oversaw that ordination. This time it will be three female bishops leading the ceremony.<\/p>\n

Rome has not shown any Christian tolerance to women priests.
