Blair and the diocese are named in another lawsuit filed Wednesday in Wyandot County Common Pleas court by St. Joseph-Salem Save Our Parish.<\/p>\n<p>St. Joseph parish, Carey, was closed in July 2005. The parish was consolidated with St. Mary parish in Kirby and St. Peter parish in Upper Sandusky under the name \u201cThe Transfiguration of the Lord.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>James Gucker, the attorney for Save Our Parish, said monetary assets from St. Joseph, totaling $124,710, then were transferred to the new parish. Judge Kathleen Aubry is to hear the case.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy clients are not litigious people, but the bishop has refused to meet with them,\u201d Gucker said. \u201cThey had to do something.
