Charles Curran came out with his memoirs entitled &quot;<em>Loyal Dissent-Memoir of a Catholic Theologian<\/em>&quot; (Georgetown University Press). In this book, Curran tries to make the case for dissenting from <em>Humanae Vitae<\/em> and outlines his view of moral theology. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">But there is another side to the story. Dr. William May\u2019s memoirs: &quot;<strong><em>Standing with Peter-Reflections of a Lay Moral Theologian on God\u2019s Loving Providence<\/em><\/strong>&quot; (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.requiempress.com\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #225588\">Requiem Press<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, anticipated September 2006) tells the story of a Catholic moral theologian, on same Catholic University of Amercia faculty as Rev. Curran, who barely kept his job at times because he taught that artificial contraception was morally unacceptable-standing with Pope Paul VI on this defining moral teaching of our times. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" align=\"justify\">Go the link above to put your two cents in regarding their proposed covers. Amy has written columns for Our Sunday Visitor and Catholic News Service at times over the past twenty years. Amy has five children, ranging in age from 26 to 4 and was married to Michael Dubruiel, who died unexpectedly in February 2009.
