Father shares this wonderful observation:<\/p>\n<p>September 4th is the feast day of St Macnissi (spelt sometimes MacNisi or Macnisius) the patron of the Irish diocese of Connor &#8211; now united with the diocese of Down &#8211; basically north east of Ireland including Belfast. <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<p>While in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stpatricksf.org\/\">St Patrick&#8217;s Church in San Frrancisco over the summer, <\/a>I noticed that the church had 32 stained glass windows down the side walls &#8211; one for each of the 32 counties of Ireland &#8211; each depicting the name of the county&#8217;s saint as well as the name of the county. Amy has written columns for Our Sunday Visitor and Catholic News Service at times over the past twenty years. Her articles have been published in venues ranging from Our Sunday Visitor to the New York Times to Commonweal. She has written 17 books. 18, if you included the as yet tragically unpublished novel. Amy has five children, ranging in age from 26 to 4 and was married to Michael Dubruiel, who died unexpectedly in February 2009.
