The church, expected to be completed by January 2008, will be built with Texas limestone and have a cruciform design. The roof will include a dome over the \u201ccrossing,\u201d where the transept intersects the nave.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA church is to inspire,\u201d said Bishop Joseph E. Kurtz in his comments at the groundbreaking. \u201cWhen we walk into a church, the Lord wants us to have our spirits lifted up. Amy has written columns for Our Sunday Visitor and Catholic News Service at times over the past twenty years. Amy has five children, ranging in age from 26 to 4 and was married to Michael Dubruiel, who died unexpectedly in February 2009.
