When Archbishop John Foley arrived, the former President of the Pontifical Council for Social Communications and a figure well known to the world\u2019s media, the press gallery broke into spontaneous applause. Foley was one of the few prelates to actually walk over to the press and offer a few words, referring to himself jokingly as \u201cIl Cardinale dei Media.\u201d<br \/>\nOne reporter noted that Foley was still clad in his archbishop\u2019s purple, leading him to explain that he won\u2019t be a cardinal until tomorrow\u2019s ceremony.<br \/>\n\u201cThe red goes on tomorrow,\u201d he said.<br \/>\nFoley has been under the weather in recent days; he begged out of the Thanksgiving Mass at Santa Susanna, the American parish in Rome, on Thursday in order to save his strength for this weekend\u2019s festivities. Amy has five children, ranging in age from 26 to 4 and was married to Michael Dubruiel, who died unexpectedly in February 2009.
