But just some reminders:<\/p>\n<p>1) There&#8217;s a link over there on the left to a continuining, fairly comprehensive list of Catholic-themed podcasts<\/p>\n<p>2) Vatican Radio, also linked over there, has a great deal of programming available for download.<\/p>\n<p>(And for those of you, like me, without Ipods or such &#8211; you don&#8217;t have to &quot;download&quot; any of these things on to any little tiny white gadget. You can just sit at your computer and listen to them. &#8216;sokay.)<\/p>\n<p>3) KVSS <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kvss.com\/programming\/program_welborn.html\">podcast of me being interviewed about Mary Magdalene<\/a><\/p>\n<p>4) KVSS podcast of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kvss.com\/programming\/program_dubruiel.html\">Michael&#8217;s stuff the <em>Power of the Cross<\/em> during Lent and <em>How to Get the Most out of the Eucharist<\/em> during Easter Season<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>5) From Loyola: <a href=\"http:\/\/feeds.feedburner.com\/SpiritedTalkToday\">A series of podcasts with authors &#8211; I&#8217;m way down there in February, but the last two <\/a>&#8211; what &#8211; episodes? &#8211; feature our friends Matthew Lickona and Fr. James Martin, S.J. <\/p>\n<p>6) Do check out the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usccb.org\/ccc\/catholicradio.shtml\">USCCB&#8217;s radio page. <\/a>They are really doing a great job over there, bringing in writers and speakers from all over the Catholic map for interviews and discussions. She attended Knoxville Catholic High School, then the University of Tennessee where she majored in history. She received an MA in Church History from Vanderbilt University, where she wrote a thesis on the changing role of women in 19th century American Protestantism, and the ways Scripture was used to justify those changes. She worked as as a teacher in Catholic high schools and a Parish Director of Religious Education and started writing for the diocesan press - the Florida Catholic - in 1988. Amy has written columns for Our Sunday Visitor and Catholic News Service at times over the past twenty years. Her articles have been published in venues ranging from Our Sunday Visitor to the New York Times to Commonweal. She has written 17 books. 18, if you included the as yet tragically unpublished novel. Amy has five children, ranging in age from 26 to 4 and was married to Michael Dubruiel, who died unexpectedly in February 2009.
