To get a sense of what these books are about, you can go to their Amazon pages, read excerpts, and read what Michael has to say about them on his Amazon blog. In addition, you can listen to podcasts that’s he’s done based on those books for Catholic radio station KVSS in Omaha.

(And do be assured that paying via PayPal is secure – I do not see your credit card information.)

Just a note on selling books via the blog, since I occasionally read snide remarks elsewhere about certain Catholic bloggers flacking their books through their blogs.

Let me let you in on a secret: Catholic publishers don’t market books.

Oh, for the first season the book is published they do – and even then, it depends on where your title falls on their priority list. Publishers release several books every season, and they prioritize which titles will get the most advertising dollars and push. And after that point, everyone– A and B titles alike, get set aside by marketing in favor of the next season’s titles.

Yes, there are exceptions, but most of my books, with the exception of the DVC books, have received the most minimal initial marketing push, and then fall into the backlist – they’re in the catalog, but that’s about it.

So it’s up to us to keep the word out there, and the primary way I do this is through my blog – which I do not ask you to support financially, and which I pay to operate.

So, there’s the deal.

Click here to order signed copies of the MM book, as well as anything else – lots of copies available!

Okay, the bookstore is open!
