Here’s the deal. <\/p>\n

We’ve not had landline phone service since Friday. The DSL\/Wireless has been gone since Saturday morning. (Atlhought it’s telling me "connected." It’s not). I finally got to Verizon yesterday who said, "Oh, yes, you’re part of an outage in your area. Scheduled until Monday at 6:30 PM."<\/p>\n

THANKS FOR TELLING ME, VERIZON!<\/p>\n

Well, actually, I suppose they had been…Verizon is installing fiber optics cables, I think, throughout Fort Wayne, and have little signs in the neighborhood saying "Your area might experience outages" – for about a month. <\/p>\n

So, I admit it freely – I’m doing a bit of poaching here. I have to sit outside to do it, and will probably just go to the library later to catch up on stuff. I DREAD seeing my email box. So …if you have something you want to write…you might want to save it until Tuesday. That would be nice!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
