I think "Redeem the Time" is a perfect name for a blog from that perspective, because those of us who have been through that experience realize the importance of doing just that. We have to look at the past and figure out the meaning of it and what can be redeemed, and wrestle with the great mystery of good coming out of a relationship that was not of God, and we must let God in fully and allow him free reign to redeem the time called the present, which can, at moments, seem such a challenge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

She attended Knoxville Catholic High School, then the University of Tennessee where she majored in history. Amy has written columns for Our Sunday Visitor and Catholic News Service at times over the past twenty years. Amy has five children, ranging in age from 26 to 4 and was married to Michael Dubruiel, who died unexpectedly in February 2009.
